Usage agreement

CAV ASIA is (Hereafter known as [The company] ), the operating CAV ASIA-Store Online (Operated by the company sg.cav-store.com is (hereafter known as [This service] and the usage agreement (hereafter known as [This agreement] is decided as given below.

Change and application range of this agreement

1. This agreement applies to the user defined in 'User' and by the company related to the usage and the service provision.
2. The company without the consent of the user well in advance can change this agreement. Also, The agreement after changes will have the effect at the time of changing.

This service usage

1. The user should use this service by following the usage guide specially defined by the company and this agreement.
2. The company can change the contents of this service without notifying the user well in advance.

User

The user is said to be the person who does the usage such as purchase, reading of this service. Also, When using this service, the user is considered as the one who agrees with this agreement.

Products purchase

1. The user can purchase the company's products using this service.
2. If the user wishes the products purchase, he should request the products purchase according to the method specified by the company.
3. The delivery of products through this service is applicable to Singapore and other designated countries.

User information (Individual information）

Based on the individual information protecting policy, the company handles the individual information of the user who is known with respect to the usage of this service.

Usage restrictions of this service

When doing an act relevant to the (Restricted items) determined in condition 'Restricted items'.

1. When it is proved that the user has received the punishment of member registration delete or usage suspension of this service due to the violation of the member agreement and this agreement in the past.
2. When there is a performance delay in the payment liabilities and charges etc related to this service or in case if there is a bad performance.
3. When doing an act relevant to the (Restricted items) determined in condition No.7.
4. When violating any of the agreement (Though this contract is included, It is not limited to here) decided by other company.

Restricted items

When using this service, the user is restricted with the actions given below.

1. Violating the law or this agreement, the warning on using this service, warning on shopping with this service or any other agreement.
2. Harming the rights, profits and credits etc of the third person and that of this company.
3. Action that is feared to cause a negative influence in the mind and body of the youth, otherwise the action that contradicts the public order and morals.
4. Entering false information
5. Writing of sending the harmful computer programme, mail.
6. Illegal access to the server or to any other computer of this company
7. Lending / assigning the password to a third person, common use with the third person.
8. Other things that are decided as unfit by this company

Interruption / stopping of the service

For maintaining the operation status of this service satisfactory, when relevant to any one of the following case, this company will stop this service offer either partially or as a whole without any prior notification.

1. In case if fixed term maintenance or emergency maintenance of the system is necessary
2. In case if the load to the system is more.
3. When the system application is in difficulty due to fire, electricity failure and the disturbing action by the third person
4. Otherwise, when this company decides that unavoidable system stopping is necessary

Abolition / change of service

This company can suitably change/ abolish a portion or as a whole of the service with this decision without any prior notification.

Copy rights

1. The copyrights and the trademark signs related to the text, picture and the design etc that are used in this service and all the other intellectual property rights belongs to the company or other copyrights person such as legal rights person and the user should not do the action that would tresspass these rights
2. Violating the condition of this agreement, when there is a problem between the third person and the rights person, the user should bear the responsibility and the cost and settle the problem and any trouble or loss should be given to the company.

Other disclaimer items

1. when owing the notification duty corresponding to the user, the company accomplishes that duty by sending the notification to the email address registered in advance by the user. Also, regarding the reaching of the products and by delivering the products at the send destination indicated by the user at the time of products purchase.
2. The company is not responsibe for the damage, loss and the disadvantage that occurred to the user from the inviolable reason returned back for the criticismof the company with respect to this service.
3. The company is not responsible for the entire damage that occurred as the user was not able to use this service.
4. By using this service in case if the user causes damage to the third person, the relevant user should settle on his own duty and cost and also he should not give trouble to the company
5. The cost related to establishing the send tools and computer tools that are necessary for using this service, the request charges, LAN usage charges and the phone charges required for using this service are the responsibility of the user himself.
6. This company does not assures that mail contents sent from this company's web page/ server/ domain will not have harmful items like computer virus etc.
7. This company is not at all responsible for the loss that has occurred due to violating this agreement.

Standard method, Control court

When there is a dispute regarding this agreement, the Singapore common courthouse that controls this company's location will be made as the first agreement control courthouse exclusively.
