Member agreement
Member

1) A [Member] is the one who does the admission request after agreeing to this agreement according to the process determined by the company.
2) The [Member info]is the history information related to the transaction of the member and the information related to the attributes of the member that is disclosed by the member to the company.  
3) This agreement applies to all the members, at the time of registration process and after registration ,this agreement should be abided.

Registration

1) Member requirements
Upon the consent of this agreement, the customer who requests the prescribed admission will own the qualification as the member after completing the prescribed registration process. The member registration process should be done by the person himself who want to be a member. Registration with a substitute is not approved. Also, there are cases that the member request from the person who has been a member in the past and cancelled it or a person judged as not suitable by this company can be rejected. 
2) Member information input 
When processing the member registration, read the caution upon the input thoroughly and enter the necessary fields in the prescribed input form correctly. With respect to the registration of the member information, special characters/ old kanjis/ roman numbers cannot be used. When registered with these characters, change it with our company. 

Change

1) The member should inform our company as early as possible when there is a change in the name, address and the items that are reported to this company. 
2) This company is not responsible for the loss resulted from not doing the change registration. Also, please be cautious that even if the change registration is done, the transaction that is processed already before the change registration will be done based on the information before the change registration. 

Withdrawal

When the member wants to withdraw, the member should do the withdrawal process by himself. Withdrawal is done after the prescribed withdrawal process. 

Loss and compensation duty of member qualifications

1) When the member gives false info during Member qualifications Get request,  when the member forgets to pay the liability with respect to the mail order, or when there is a reason for this company to decide the member as unfit, this company can cancel the member qualification. 
2) The member owes the responsibility to compensate the damage suffered by this company when he does any of the action determined in each number given below.
(1) Illegal usage of the mail address and the password.
(2)Accessing this home page and duplicating the information, or when disturbing the business of this company by sending the computer program that is harmful to this home page.
(3)Doing an action that violates the intellectual property rights of the goods handled by this company.
(4)Otherwise, doing an action that contradicts the any agreement that is determined by this company or this member agreement. 

Handling the member information

1) The company, generally will not disclose the member information to the third person without the consent of the member well in advance. However, this company can disclose the member information otherwise the customer information without the consent of the member well in advance in the cases described in the following each number. 
(1) In case of requesting the display based on law.
(2) In case of disclosing the individual information necessary for goods sending corresponding to the work entrusting end related to the goods sending.
(3)In case if this company decides that it is necessary to maintain the company's rights, profit and credits etc.

Concerned with the member information, this company will manage according to this company's [Individual information protecting policy] . This company can use the member information in this company for the purpose of planning the guarantee of the smooth operation and healthy business of the service and for the sake of the usage of the service, service contents improvement, services offered to the member. 

 3) 

This company can do the information offer (including the advertisement) to the member through mail magazine or any other method. When the member does not want the information offer and if the member notifies this effect following the method prescribed by the company, then the information offer will be stopped. However, concerned with the information offer necessary for this business operations, it is not possible to stop the information offer depending on the member's interest.

Restricted items

When using this service, the member is restricted with the actions of each number in the following 
(1) Violating the law or this agreement, the warning on using this service, warning on shopping with this service or any other agreement. 
(2) Harming the rights, profits and credits etc of the third person and that of the company.
(3) Action that is feared to cause a negative influence in the mind and body of the youth, otherwise the action that contradicts the public order and morals.
(4) Action that is an annoyance to the other users or third person or the action that entertains an unpleasant feeling. 
(5) Entering false information.
(6) Writing or sending the harmful computer programme, mail.
(7) Illegal access to the server or to any other computer of this company.
(8) Lending / assigning the password to a third person, common use with the third person.
(9) Other things that are decided as improper  by this company.

Interruption / stopping of the service

1) For maintaining the operation status of this service satisfactory, when relevant to any one of the following case, this company will stop this  service offer either partially or as a whole without any prior notification. 
(1)In case if fixed term maintenance or emergency maintenance of the system is necessary.
(2)In case if the load to the system is more. 
(3)When the system application is in difficulty due to fire, electricity failure and the disturbing action by the third person.
(4)Otherwise, when this company decides that unavoidable system stopping is necessary.

Abolition / change of service

This company can suitably change/ abolish a portion or as a whole of the service with this decision without any prior notification.

Disclaimer

1) The company is not responsible at all for the loss to the member related to the other services of the company, for the loss due to the illegal access of the data, data failure or due to the system interruption/ delay/ shut down due to the fault in the computer or in the communication circuit. 
2) The company does not assures that mail contents sent from this company's web page/ server/ domain will not have harmful items like computer virus etc.
3) The company is not responsible for the loss that has occurred due to violating this agreement.

Revision of this agreement

The company can revise this agreement optionally and also can set the agreement (Hereafter known as [supplementary agreement]) that supplements this agreement with respect to the company. 
The supplement agreement or the agreement after revision is notified in the prescribed site of this company and the supplement or the revision of this agreement will be effected after that only. In this case the member has to abide by the supplementary agreement as well as the agreement after revision. 

Standard method, Control court

The laws of Singapore will apply to all matters relating  to this Agreement, as they would to agreements made and entered into  entirely in Singapore by Singapore residents, notwithstanding your  actual place of residence.
